Conference Hosting

Fairfield is well set up to host groups of up to 20 (more if we coordinate with neighbouring hotels) for fully catered conferences, including a conference room equipped with tables, chairs, whiteboard and data projector.   Consider bringing your team out to enjoy the clean air and peace of the Mongolian countryside, knowing that you'll be cared for by a team of professionals who recognise that service is the key to the success of your meeting / conference.  Particularly for organisations in Ulaanbaatar, Beijing or other large cities, hosting your retreat in the beautiful peaceful surrounds of Arkhangai may give your team the respite they need for a few days.

Our team can cater all meals, including morning and afternoon tea breaks as required.  Meals served buffet style, or with table service is optional. 

Logistics and transport

Our team are able to make all arrangements in-country for you, including airport transfers, accommodation in Ulaanbaatar, transport to Fairfield by road or charter flight etc.   Please discuss your needs with us.

Activities

We will work with you to suit your schedule, and to find suitable activities in the rest periods in your programme.  Depending on your team, you may be interested in energetic activities such as riding horses, hiking in the mountains, or exploring the countryside by mountain bike.  If you are looking for more relaxed activities in your down-time, then a trip to the hot springs is hard to beat, or have a picnic by the river only a few minutes drive from town, or spend a day with a Mongolian nomadic family experiencing the real culture of rural Mongolia.  Consider a traditional Mongolian 'Khorhog', which will be an all-day affair by the river, preparing and eating a sheep or two BBQ'd the Mongolian way!
