Arkhangai Bus Timetable
Public buses to and from this region are comfortable modern coach style buses, and are easily the most economical and cost effective way of travelling. You of course do not get the flexibility to stop and explore enroute which you get with private drivers, but it is significantly cheaper.

Tsetserleg to Tariat (and return).
Tariat is the town closest to Terkhiin Tsagaan Nuur, or Great White Lake. Note: Tickets cannot be pre-purchased for this segment of travel, as it is actually the Tariat - UB bus service. You must meet the bus and negotiate directly with the driver to secure a seat. There is an agreed price of 30,000 MNT, even though it is not an official route.
