By midday, arrive at your host family’s ger (yurt) and receive a warm welcome. Enjoy a traditional Mongolian meal and settle into your accommodation.
In the afternoon, take a horseback ride or hike to a scenic viewpoint, where you can capture stunning views of the mountains and wilderness.
After soaking in the scenery, return to camp for a home-cooked dinner. End the day under a sky full of stars, listening to stories of nomadic life before resting for the adventures ahead.

Day 2
Wilderness Hike/Horse Trek & Glacier Visit
Start the day with a hearty breakfast, then set out on horseback or foot (depending on preference, weather, and horse availability). Ride or hike through wide valleys, crossing rivers and navigating rocky trails, all the while taking in Mongolia’s untouched wilderness. As you travel, stop to capture incredible photos of the vast, open landscapes.
Arrive at the first glacier, where you’ll have time to explore, take photos, and admire the stunning ice formations. Enjoy a packed lunch near the glacier before beginning the return journey.
Back at base camp, unwind after the day’s adventure. Spend the evening relaxing or talking with your hosts, learning about their traditions and daily life before settling in for the night.

Day 3
Wilderness Hike to Second Glacier & Nomadic Homestay Experience
Start the day with an early morning photography session, capturing the sunrise over the steppe as golden light spreads across the landscape. Then, set off on a scenic hike to a second glacier, following winding trails through alpine meadows and rocky terrain. Along the way, take in the remote mountain scenery and snap photos of the breath-taking glacial formations.
After exploring, return to camp and spend time with your nomadic host family, photographing their daily life—herding animals, making traditional dairy products, and preparing meals.
End your day with a final night around the fire, sharing stories and reflecting on your adventure.

Day 4

Farewell your Hosts & Return Journey
Wake up to a peaceful sunrise, taking in the last moments of Mongolia’s wild landscape. Enjoy a relaxed breakfast, then pack up and say goodbye to your hosts, thanking them for their warmth and hospitality.
Begin the journey back to Hovd with chances to stop along the way for final photos of the stunning scenery. Take in the wide valleys, rolling hills, and open skies one last time.
